慢性阴道炎患者与女性健康体检者HPV感染情况的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of cervical human papilloma virus infection between gynecological outpatients with chronic vaginitis and healthy examination women

摘要 目的分析在妇科门诊中常见的慢性阴道炎患者及女性健康体检者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染及亚型的分布情况。方法采用PCR-反相点杂交法对慢性阴道炎患者和女性健康体检者的宫颈脱落细胞进行HPV分型检测。结果 684例慢性阴道炎患者中,HPV感染总阳性率为50.73%,HR-HPV感染率为39.18%,单一HR-HPV型别感染率较高的3种依次为HR-HPV 52型、16型和58型。330例女性健康体检者,HPV感染总阳性率为33.64%,HR-HPV感染率为26.67%,单一HR-HPV型别感染率较高的3种为HR-HPV 52型、53型和16型。2组的总HPV感染率、HR-HPV的感染率、单一HR-HPV 52型与58型感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阴道炎患者和女性健康体检者中HPV总感染率、HR-HPV的感染率及亚型存在差异,该数据可为HPV感染的预防、治疗及疫苗研制提供流行病学依据。 Objective The distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and subtypes in patients with chronic vaginitis and female health examinations in gynecological outpatient clinics was analyzed. Methods HPV typing was performed on cervical exfoliated cells in patients with chronic vaginitis and female health checkups by PCR-reverse point hybridization.Results Among the 684 chronic vaginitis patients,the total positive rate of HPV infection was 50. 73%,the HR-HPV infection rate was 39. 18%,the main subtypes of single virus infection were HR-HPV 52,HR-HPV 16 and HR-HPV 58. In330 healthy examination women,the total positive rate of HPV infection was 33. 64%,the HR-HPV infection rate was26. 67%; the HR-HPV 52,HR-HPV 53 and HR-HPV 16 were the most common types of single HR-HPV infection.There was statistical significance on the difference among total HPV positive rate,HR-HPV positive rate,HR-HPV 52 and58 single subtype positive rate between the two groups(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion There were significant difference among the total HPV positive rate,HR-HPV infection rate and subtype between gynecological outpatient with chronic vaginitis and healthy examination women. It can provide epidemiological evidence for HPV infection prevention,treatment and vaccine development.
