摘要 超高压管道施工专业性强,安装精度要求高;相对"粗放"的常规工艺管道施工管理方式不能满足此类管道安装质量、进度和安全要求。某2.5×10~5 t/a管式高压聚乙烯装置(以下简称"管式高压LDPE装置")超高压管道施工通过实施精细化管理,顺利完成各项施工管理目标;不仅管道法兰口连接合格率达到100%,安装工期也比原计划缩短了19天且无安全事故发生。以本LDPE装置超高压管道施工为研究对象,运用案例研究方法,分析和总结了超高压管道施工实施精细化管理的经验和具体措施。 In construction of ultra high pressure piping, it is required to have strong specialty knowledge and high precision installation. With relatively extensive form of process piping construction management, the quality, progress and safety requested in piping installation cannot be reached. There is 250,000 t/a tubular high pressure polyethylene plant, with precise management of ultra high pressure piping construction, every management objectives has been fulfilled. Not only 100% piping flange was qualified, but also was the construction period shortened 19 days, and there was no unsafe accidents occurred. With this plant as the example, by using case study method, the experiences from the realization of precise management and the measures used were analyzed and summarized in this article.
