摘要
纳米孔气凝胶复合绝热制品具有较低的导热系数、防火性能佳、吸水性低,适用于敷设在商务化运营公共管廊上的蒸汽管道绝热。化工园区公共管廊一般按管道所占面积计取管位租金,故管道绝热层厚度直接影响管道的运行成本。从某化工园区公共管廊上的中压蒸汽管道入手,对管道的绝热层厚度、管位租金、工程造价及回收期限等角度进行分析,讨论纳米孔气凝胶复合绝热制品应用于化工园区公共管廊上管道绝热工程的性价比。
Nanoporous aerogel products which is used for thermal insulation has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, high fire resistance and low water intake capacity, so that it is applicable for use as insulation of steam pipeline on common pipe rack in chemical Industry park. The pipe rack company in chemical industry charges rental for pipeline occupied space, which is closely related to piping thermal insulation thickness. Exampled with one medium pressure steam pipeline which is located in public pipe rack in a chemical industry park, accounting for the factors of thickness of insulator, rental cost, construction cost, and price retrieving limit, the application of nanoporous aerogel materials in the insulation of piping in public pipe rack in chemical industry park was analyzed and discussed.
