摘要
伊犁尼勒克县是马泰勒虫病的主要疫区之一,准确诊断以及有效治疗是防控该病的要点。采集尼勒克周边地区288份马全血,借助临床症状观察、病原学、PCR检测等方法确诊9匹患马,并将其作为本次试验的治疗对象。将临床症状明显的9匹马随机分为2个组,即中药治疗组、西药治疗组,分别对每组患马临床症状、体温、染虫率及治疗效果进行综合评价。结果表明:288份全血经PCR检测有78份样品得到与预期片段大小相同的750 bp阳性条带;血涂片观察有34份样品中出现圆形或卵圆形泰勒虫虫体;9匹患马均表现出明显临床症状。西药治疗组治愈率为100%(5/5),中药组治愈率为100%(4/4)。通过上述治愈率综合评价指标发现,从第5天开始西药组在显微镜下观察不到血液虫体,且体温恢复到正常范围,临床症状消失;从第8天开始中药组在显微镜下观察不到血液虫体,且体温恢复到正常范围,临床症状消失。说明两组处方均有较好的治疗效果。
Nilka County of Ili is one of the main epidemic areas of equine theileriosis. The prevention and control of equine theileriosis de- pend on accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. In this study, whole blood samples were collected from 288 horses in the surrounding are- as of Nilka, nine horses were identified as sick with theileriosis by clinical symptoms, etiology and PCR test. The nine sick horses were ran- domly divided into" 2 groups based on obvious clinical symptoms, namely the Chinese medicine treated group and the western medicine treated group. Their clinical symptoms, body temperature, infection rate and treatment effect were respectively evaluated. The obtained data showed that, of the 288 blood samples detected by PCR, 78 had the expected same-size fragments of the 750bp positive band. Blood smear revealed round and oval polypides in 34 samples. All 9 horses showed obvious clinical symptoms. The cure rate of the western medicine treatment group was 100% (5/5), and that of the Chinese medicine group was 100% (4/4), too. Comprehensive evaluation of the above indexes re- vealed that the polypide disappeared under the microscope on the 5th day, the body temperature returned to the normal range, and there were no more clinical symptoms. On the 8th day, the Chinese medicine group showed the same effect of cure as that of the western medicine group. The two prescriptions both had a good therapeutic effect.
