摘要
随着工业技术的日益更新,为降低饲料成本、缓解靶动物排泄物对环境保护施加的压力,研究学者倡导在配方中使用低蛋白日粮。目前,用于饲料中的第一类限制氨基酸即赖氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸和色氨酸主要为合成氨基酸,而支链氨基酸,特别是缬氨酸和异亮氨酸在饲料中出现明显的缺乏。因此,研究支链氨基酸对猪的生长影响以及适宜的需要量具有重要的意义。本文就不同阶段猪对缬氨酸的营养需要作了综述。
Recently, with the increasing renewal of industrial technology, and in order to reduce the feed cost and relieve the pressure of target animal excrement on environmental protection, researchers have advocated the use of low protein diets in the formulation. At present, the first type of restrictive amino acids, lysine, threonine and tryptophan, are mainly synthesized amino acids, while branched-chain amino acids, especially valine and isoleucine, appear deficient in feed. Therefore, it is important to study the effect of branched-chain amino acid on the growth of swine and the appropriate demand for the amino acid in feed. This paper reviews the nutritional needs for valine in diet by swine in different stages growth.
