发动机线束接地对电控件工作影响的研究

Research on the Influence of the Wiring Harness Grounding on the Electronic Control Parts

随着发动机电控系统的普及以及电控件的不断增加,经常会出现线束故障,导致发动机电控件工作异常。针对线束接地不准确导致发动机不能正常运转情况进行了案例分析,结合故障表现,确定了解决方案。论述了线束接地准确的重要性,为其他发动机遇到类似问题进行排查提供了借鉴。

With the popularization of electronic control system and the increase of electronic control parts, we often encountered the problem that wiring harness malfunction caused engine could＇t work normally. In this paper, some examples of engine operation influence of wiring harness connection to the earth are indicated in order to emphasize the importance of correct wiring harness connection to the earth and some solution of similar problems are put forward.
