摘要 以某款涡轮增压器轴承体为研究对象,采用试验分析与仿真模拟相结合的方法,分析了涡轮增压器轴承体的传热特性。通过建立增压器三维模型,对涡轮流体域进行流场仿真计算。以涡轮流体域三维模型计算结果作为热源输入条件,建立涡轮增压器轴承体传热模型,通过仿真求得整个涡轮增压器轴承体温度场分布。通过分析各测温点的温度发现,密封环上部测温点、密封环下部测温点和涡轮端轴承上部测温点处存在超温风险。采用正交试验的方法对影响轴承体温度场分布的因素进行了研究和分析,结果表明,隔热罩高度和润滑油入口温度是显著影响因素,为未来的优化指明了方向。 Taking a turbocharger bearing housing as the research object, the heat transfer characteristics are analyzed in detail by means of simulation and experimental verification. By building the three-dimen- sional model of the turbocharger, the flow field simulation of turbine side is carried out and the calculation results are set as heat input condition for heat transfer model of turbocharger bearing housing to obtain the temperature field distribution. Through the analysis of the temperature of each measuring point, it is found that there are overtemperature risks at upper and lower measuring points of the seal ring and upper mea- suring point of bearing seat near turbine side. The factors affecting the temperature field distribution of bearing housing are investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that the height of heat shield and the temperature of the lubricating oil are significant factors, which point out the direction for future optimiza- tion.
