摘要
针对尾管固井作业过程中顶部重叠段容易发生封固失效,导致环空出现油、气、水窜的问题,研制了适用于Ф244.5 mm套管的尾管顶部封隔器。采用组合胶筒结构、防退机构,提高坐封可靠性,通过有限元方法对胶筒坐封过程进行计算并优化设计参数,开展了封隔器密封和耐温性能试验研究。地面试验表明,封隔器在耐温150℃条件下的密封能力达到70 MPa,锁紧力超过1 500 kN。现场应用表明,顶部封隔器完全坐封并通过井口压力测试,实现了对漏失层和高压气藏的有效封隔,解决了尾管固井环空重叠段密封问题。
Top packer of liner hanger for Ф244.5 mm casing was developed to solve the problem of oil, gas and water channeling caused by isolating failure in the top overlaying interval during liner cementing. Combination of rubber structure and anti-receding mechanism were adopted to improve seal reliability, and finite element method was used to compute the setting process of the packer and optimize structure. Then isolation and temperature property parameters of the top packer were researched and tested.Experiment shows that resistant pressure reaches 70 MPa under 150 ℃, and locking force is more than 1,500 kN. The field application shows the packer set successfully and isolated the leakage zone and high pressure gas reservoir, and the isolating problem of overlap interval was resolved.
