摘要
着眼于设备泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在涂料生产企业的实际应用,以三家涂料企业为例,通过研究设备密封点在不同泄漏浓度区间以及不同密封类型方面对挥发性有机物(VOCs)泄漏量的贡献,来分析企业在实施LDAR技术过程中应关注的重点,以便企业更加有效地应用LDAR进行VOCs减排。
This paper was focused on the practical application of equipment leak detection and repair(LDAR)technology in coating enterprise, taking three paint companies as examples, studied the contribution to volatility organic compounds(VOCs) leakage of equipment sealing points in different concentration range and different types of seal leakage,analyzed the key points that should be paid attention to in the implementation process of LDAR, with the aim of using LDAR for VOCs emission reduction more effectively.
