摘要
从新创业教育存在的问题出发,以孵化器理论为支撑,借鉴高校科技孵化器建设体系,结合我校汽车专业教学的实际情况,建构了基于孵化器理论的汽车专业创新创业教育模式,通过五大系统的建构和完善,提升学生的创新创业能力,实现对创新创业学生团队成果的孵化。通过实践表明,基于孵化器理论的汽车专业创新创业教育模式能有效克服创新创业教育相关问题,值得借鉴。
Starting from the problems existing in the new entrepreneurship education, using the incubator theory as a support, and drawing on the construction system of university science and technology incubators, combined with the actual situation of the automotive professional teaching in our school, we have constructed an automotive entrepreneurial innovation and entrepreneurship education model based on the incubator theory, through the five major systems.Construct and improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, and achieve the incubation of innovative entrepreneurial students. Through practice, it has been shown that the automotive entrepreneurial innovation and entrepreneurship education model based on the incubator theory can effectively overcome the problems associated with innovation and entrepreneurship education and is worth learning from.
