供给侧改革背景下民办高校思想政治理论课教学优化策略探析

民办高校思想政治理论课的供给侧与需求侧存在错位与失衡,在供给侧改革背景下,优化民办高校思想政治理论课教学,有助于提升学生的获得感、补齐教师教学能力短板、提升学校核心竞争力。可从提高知识供给能力、深化供给思维的问题意识、处理好减法与加法的关系等三个方面提升供给主体,从教材出发提升教学内容的整合力,从实际出发增强教学内容的针对性,坚持以学生为主体的原则,以"因事、因时、因势"为途径,创新供给方式,营造良好的社会环境、校园环境和大众传媒环境,增强新时代民办高校思想政治理论课教学实效性。

The supply and demand sides of the ideological and political theory courses in private colleges and universities have dislocations and imbalances. In the context of supply-side reforms, optimizing the teaching of ideological and political theories in private colleges and universities will help improve students’ sense of acquisition, make up for the shortcomings of teachers’ teaching ability and improve the core competitiveness of schools.
