引入自我效能理论 提升高职酒店管理专业顶岗实习效能

摘要 通过对高职酒店管理专业顶岗实习现状进行调研分析,结果表明:实习生在实习认知、工作适应性和人际交往方面都存在着诸多问题,其专业认可度和职业忠诚度不高,实习综合效能较低。将自我效能理论引入酒店管理专业顶岗实习并合理运用,能有效提升顶岗实习综合效能。 Through investigating and analyzing the status quo of the internship practice in the professional hotel management profession, the results show that: there are many problems in the cognition, work adaptability and interpersonal communication of interns, and their professional recognition and professional loyalty are not high. The comprehensive efficiency of the internship is low. Introducing the theory of self-efficacy into the internship of hotel management professionals and using them in a rational manner can effectively improve the overall effectiveness of the internship.
