摘要
分析河南省食用菌产量、规模、品种结构变化,调研其2012年、2015年规模化种植大宗食用菌品种经济效益,分别从原料、人工、水电费等成本构成、生产方式、销售方式、收益等方面进行比较分析。河南省食用菌产业增长速度放缓,品种结构趋于合理;产业发展过程中随着人工等生产成本的增加,规模化大宗食用菌种植品种的整体经济效益下降。同时就河南省食用菌产业的转型升级提出发展建议。
The change of the production, scale, varieties structure of edible fungus in Henan province was analyzed, and the e- conomic benefit of large scale cultivation in 2012 and 2015 was investigated. We compared and analyzed the raw material, la- bor, cost of utilities (composition, mode of production, sales, income, and so on). The growth rate of edible fungus industry in Henan province slowed down, and the varieties structure tended to be reasonable. With the increase of labor cost and others, the economic benefit of large scale cultivation of edible fungus declined. The development suggestions on transformation and up- grading of edible fungus industry in Henan province were put forward.
