摘要
通过对野生黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)菌株Aa-015的菌丝特性和菌株驯化出耳情况的研究,旨在探讨该菌株的生物学特性和栽培可行性。结果表明,野生黑木耳菌株Aa-015菌丝浓白,生长速度较快,菌落边缘整齐,具有遗传特异性;菌株Aa-015可以在供试配方(棉籽壳50%、木屑25%、麸皮23%、石灰1%、磷肥1%)中完成发菌和出耳,但愈合时间较长,其子实体颜色较浅略黄,且耳片明显较薄,但其仍具有良好的生物学效率和优质品率。
Hyphae characteristics and domestication of wild Auricularia auricula Aa-015 were studied in order to explore the biological characteristics and cultivation feasibility of the strains. The results showed that wild A. auricula Aa-015 had thick white hyphae, fast growth rate, neat edge of colony and genetic specificity. Aa-015 strain which healing time was longer could grow and fruit in the formula (cotton seed shell 50%, sawdust 25%, bran 23%, lime 1%, phosphatel%). The strain with slightly yellow and thinner auricle had good biological efficiency and high quality product rate.
