摘要
介绍了基于TMS320C6748和XC6SLX16低功耗硬件平台,利用超声多普勒原理实现对明渠流体流量的测量的方法。采用一个发射和一个接收的传感器组合成超声波回路信号。硬件电路实现信号的发射以及反射回来的超声信号的接收、数据的传输、数据的处理等。硬件电路架构中XC6SLX16用于信号的发射、接收和采集等控制。TMS320C6748主要实现信号的处理,从中获得接收到的信号频移量,从而获得速度信息。最后通过压力传感器获得的当前水位的高度信息,从而获得横截面积信息,并算出流量值。
This paper introduces a method to measure the fluid flow in open channel by using the principle of ultrasonic Doppler,based on TMS320 C6748 + XC6 SLX16 low power hardware platform. An ultrasonic loop signal is assembled by a transmitter and a receiving sensor. Hardware circuit to achieve the signal emission,as well as receive reflected ultrasonic signal,data transmission and data processing,etc. In hardware circuit architecture,XC6 SLX16 is used to control the transmitting,receiving and collecting of signals. TMS320 C6748 mainly realizes the signal processing,obtains the received frequency shift information,thus obtains the speed information. Finally,the height information of the current water level is obtained through the pressure sensor,so that the cross-sectional area information is obtained and the flow is calculated.
