教会所有权及其卡理斯玛表象的历史嬗变

Church Proprietary and its Historical Transformation of Charisma

贯穿整个中世纪历史的教会所有权,是考察封建所有权秩序崩塌的关键概念。由私有制维系的世俗利益在教会所有权和法律权威中扮演的角色,既是教会的纯粹卡理斯玛支配被消解的外部力量,也是卡理斯玛支配表象从封建权力体系中被最终扬弃的根本历史原因。教会所有权的卡理斯玛特质并没有被资产阶级自觉地通过政治经济权力的扩张而摧毁,而是随着生产力和生产关系变革而逐渐吞噬。来自彼岸的压迫和卡理斯玛特质的终结,一方面体现了现代性政治秩序在资本主义生产关系中的自洽性,另一方面则宣告了由私人财富所决定的世俗权威与前现代意识形态的决裂。

The church proprietary plays a key role in studying the collapse of the feudal social order through the medieval history. The role of the secular interest,maintained by the private ownership,in the church proprietary and legal system,on the one hand,became the exterior power in weakening the charisma of the church,on the other hand,gradually became the basic historical reason for the sublation of the charisma in the feudal power system. The bourgeoisie proprietary and political and economic power,in fact,did not intentionally destroy the charisma characteristic of the church proprietary,which was gradually destroyed by the transformation of forces and relations of production. The oppression from the west and the end of charisma reflected the self-consistency of modern political order in the capitalist production relations; and declared its break-up from the secular authority,dependent on the private wealth,and from the pre-modern ideology.
