试析乡村振兴战略中的队伍建设问题

Analysis of the Team Construction in Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大报告中的七大战略之一,是新时代推进城乡发展一体化的有力举措,是实现全体人民共同富裕的必然要求。乡村振兴战略需要人来实施,乡村农民、乡村干部、农业农村人才群体构成的乡村振兴队伍,其素质的高低、能力的强弱、态度的积极与否直接关系到乡村振兴战略的效果。为此,应强化乡村干部队伍建设,培养新时代的新型职业农民;引导农村人口合理流动,搭建平台以吸引乡贤回归;加强乡村的人才引进和培训,落实农业农村人才培养和支持政策。

bThe rural revitalization strategy,as one of the seven strategies in the Report of the 19^（th） National Congress of the Communist Party of China,is a forceful move for promoting the integration of urban and rural development and a necessary requirement of achieving common prosperity for all the people. The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy involves talented people,the quality,capability and attitude of the rural revitalization team,consisting of rural farmers,rural cadres,and agricultural rural talent group,have direct bearing on the effect of the rural revitalization strategy. Accordingly,it is hoped to strengthen the team construction of rural cadres,to train new-typed modern and skilled farmers,to guide the rational flow of rural population,to build platforms to attract more rural celebrities back to the countryside,to reinforce the rural talent introduction and training,and implement the policy of agricultural rural talent training and support.
