摘要
以某退役车用动力电池为对象,研究了动力电池梯次利用的容量和安全性变化,发现动力电池梯次利用时不论重组与否,电池一致性均较寿命区间内恶化更快,以此带来更多的安全问题。动力电池在寿命阈值以外的电池安全性能下降,不能通过加热和针刺安全性测试,电池在设计和生产时应更多考虑梯次利用时的安全性。同时,基于我国动力电池回收现状分析,动力电池梯次利用宜联合动力电池回收利用企业开展,以更好地落实《政策》对废旧动力电池回收的要求。在没有健全的追溯体系和监督机制约束下不宜广泛铺开动力电池梯次利用。
The retirement electric vehicle battery was taken as the object to study change of capacity and security for battery echelon use. It's found that echelon use battery consistency deteriorates faster than those in live interval whether reorganization or not, thus it brings more security issues. The echelon use battery cannot pass heating and acupuncture safety test for the battery safety performance decline beyond the life threshold. During the design and production of batteries, more consideration should be given to the safety of echelon use. Based on the analysis of EV battery recycling status in our country, EV battery echelon use should combine with the recycling enterprises to implement the policy requirements of waste EV battery recycling. It's not suitable for wide spread of EV battery echelon use under the condition of absence of sound traceability system and supervision mechanism constraint.
