混合动力汽车用氢镍电池组散热系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某混合动力汽车用氢镍电池组为研究对象,建立其热模型与三维有限元模型,利用计算流体动力学软件ANS YS CFX对氢镍电池组的流场与温度场进行数值模拟分析,并在混合动力汽车循环工况下进行氢镍电池组的充放电试验。结果表明:仿真分析结果与试验结果具有较好的一致性,动力电池组能够满足混合动力汽车对电池散热性能的要求。 The thermal model and 3 D finite element model of nickel-hydrogen(Ni-MH) battery for hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) were established. The flow field and temperature field of Ni-MH battery were simulated by computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS CFX. The charging and discharging experiment and the temperature measurement were performed under the condition of the cycle driving of hybrid electric vehicle. The result shows that the simulation result is in good agreement with the experimental result, and the power battery can meet the requirement of hybrid electric vehicle for the battery heat dissipation performance.
