摘要
a-Si:H薄膜太阳电池由于成本低,适于大规模工业化生产而成为现阶段研究的热点,然而其转换效率低于晶体硅太阳电池。介绍了a-Si:H薄膜太阳电池的结构及原理,总结了目前国内外a-Si:H薄膜太阳电池的改性研究进展,并对未来发展前景进行了展望。
Due to low cost and convenience for large-scale industrial production, a-Si:H thin film solar cells have been widely studied in recent years. However, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a-Si:H thin film solar cells is lower than that of the crystalline silicon solar cells. The structure and principle of a-Si:H thin film solar cells were introduced. The modified research of a-Si:H thin film solar cells both at home and abroad was summarized,and the future development trend was discussed.
