摘要
为提高液压隔膜计量泵的使用性能,选取合适的曲柄转速范围是至关重要的。通过AMESim平台建立液压隔膜计量泵的整体仿真模型,得到不同转速下泵阀开启量和曲柄转角的曲线,进而得到吸排液阀的滞后角,计算出泵阀滞后引起的容积损失率,得出不同转速下液压隔膜计量泵的容积效率,并根据容积效率变化规律优选出最佳的曲柄转速范围,为液压隔膜计量泵的设计与研究提供依据。
In order to improve the application performance of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump,it is very important to select the proper crank rotating speed range. The whole simulation model of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is built through the AMESim platform. The spline curves of the open volume of the pump valve and the crank angle under different rotating speed were drawn,and then the lag angle of the suction and discharge valve was gotten. By calculating the volume loss rate caused by the lag of pump valve,the volumetric efficiency of hydraulic diaphragm metering pump at different rotational speed was obtained. According to the volume efficiency change rule,selecting the optimizing crank rotating speed range,thus this way provides a basis for the design and research of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump.
