摘要
为提高轴向柱塞泵减振降噪性能,对配流盘的优化设计极其重要。通过人工蜂群优化算法对SCY-14B型斜盘轴向柱塞泵配流盘结构结构尺寸参数进行MATLAB仿真分析。结果表明:通过ABC优化算法优化仿真,得到φ_0=6.5°,θ_1=18.0°,θ_2=66.7°,Φ=18.0°的配流盘结构尺寸,极大地提高了柱塞泵减震降噪的性能。
In order to improve the performance of vibration and noise reduction of axial piston pump,the optimization design of the valve plate is extremely important. The artificial bee colony optimization algorithm was used for SCY-14 B type swash plate axial piston pump with flow valve plate structure parameters analysis of MATLAB simulation. The results show that optimize simulation with ABC optimization algorithm,the distribution plate structure size is φ0= 6.5°,θ1= 18.0°,θ2= 66.7°,Φ= 18.0°,which greatly improves the performance of the plunger pump vibration.
