摘要
针对目前桥门式起重机起升机构健康评价研究的现状和不足,提出将模糊层次法应用于桥门式起重机起升机构的健康分级评价中,通过建立起升机构评价指标体系、确定指标评价权重集、建立指标评价集、进行模糊决策,实现了桥门式起升机构的健康分级评价。开发了基于LabVIWE的桥门式起重机起升机构评价系统,为评价过程的实现提供了软件支持。
Aiming at the status and disadvantages of research on the health classification evaluation of hoisting mechanism of bridge and gantry cranes,an evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is introduced for overcoming it. A health classification evaluation model of hoisting mechanisms was formed by defining evaluation index,establishing the evaluation index weights and quantitative evaluation sets of each evaluation index and making a fuzzy decision. The health classification evaluation of hoisting mechanism of bridge and gantry cranes was implemented. The evaluation system based on LabVIEW is developed for the software convenience of evaluation process in realization.
