摘要
4-氨基安替比林法测定水中挥发酚是一种被普遍采用且具代表性的检测方法,它具有灵敏度高、准确度好的优点。但是在实际检测工作过程中存在较多影响因素,如不注意相关细节,很容易使检测结果产生大的偏差。文章对其检测过程中具代表性的影响因素:样品保存、样品蒸馏、试剂纯度及添加顺序、显色萃取操作等方面进行了相关研究探讨,以提高检测数据的准确性。
4-amino antipyrine method is a widely used and representative test method for the determination of volatile phenol in water. It has the advantages of high sensitivity and accuracy. But there are many factors in the actual testing process. If you do not pay attention to the relevant details,it is easy to make large deviation test results. The influence factors such as sample storage,sample distillation,reagent purity and adding order,and extraction operation were discussed in order to improve the accuracy of the detection data.
