摘要
硫酸根离子的测定有多种方法。为了快速准确大量地测定土壤中硫酸根离子的含量,本文采用分光光度法对土壤中微量的硫酸根离子进行测定,获得了有意义的实验结果,于420 nm波长处,硫酸根浓度在1.00~40.00!g·m L-1范围内与硫酸钡吸光度呈线性关系,回归方程y=0.0079x+0.0069,R2=0.9994;加标回收率达95%;值得指出的是温度对稳定剂的影响较为突出。该方法操作简单,实用性、可行性强。
Sulfate ions are measured in a variety of ways. For fast and accurately determining sulfate ion in soil,a new method, spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace sulfate ions in soil, obtained meaningful experimental results. Sulfate content indicated a linear relationship with absorption of sulfate in 1. 00 ~ 40. 00 !g·m L-1 at420 nm. The linear equation was y = 0. 0079 x + 0. 0069 and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9994,the recoveries were95%. It was worth mentioning that this experiment explored temperature was the important influencing factor of the stabilizer,and the method was more simple,practicable and feasible.
