摘要
锦西石化分公司南蒸馏装置,以加工辽河原油为主,在现有经济环境下为提高效益逐渐加大进口原油参炼比,使的减压塔顶低温部位腐蚀状况加剧。本文从减顶低温部位具体失效情况深入分析,采取一系列综合手段,改善工况,缓解腐蚀状况。论述减压系统的腐蚀机理、腐蚀状况及腐蚀原因,提出针对解决措施;达到保证安全生产,降低设备使用费用的目的,也为常减压同类装置系统改造提供了借鉴。
The south distillation unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company mainly deals with Liaohe crude oil,in the current economic environment,the proportion of imported crude oil is gradually increased in order to increase efficiency,and the corrosion condition at the top part of the vacuum tower is aggravated. The specific failure situation of the low temperature reduction part was analyzed,and a series of comprehensive measures were adopted to improve the working condition and alleviate the corrosion condition. The corrosion mechanism,corrosion condition and corrosion reason of the decompression system were discussed,and the countermeasures were put forward,so as to achieve the purpose of ensuring safe production and reducing the cost of equipment,and the reference was provided for the reconstruction of the system for the same kind of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
