摘要
食品分析实验是应用型本科培养食品专业人才重要的实践专业课程之一。本文针对地方高校食品分析实验课程存在的问题,提出改革实验教学方式,更新实验内容和实验设备,增加综合和创新性实验,在线上进行授课模拟,开设实验室等措施,期望能改善食品分析实验课程的教学质量,提高学生动手操作能力和综合运用能力,培养出更多适应社会需求的应用型专业人才。
Food Analysis experiment is one of the important practical courses for training food professionals. Aiming at the problems of Food Analysis experiment course in local colleges,the measures of reforming experimental teaching mode,updating experiment content and experiment equipment,increasing the comprehensive and innovative experiments,teaching and simulating online,and opening laboratory were put forward. The purpose was to improve the teaching quality of Food Analysis experiment course,improve students' operating ability and the comprehensive utilization ability,cultivate more applied talents who met the needs of society.
