摘要
一堂成功的化工原理课程,犹如春风拂面,能够提高学生的学习兴趣,初步培养学生运用工程方法分析和解决实际工程问题的能力。鉴于高校新教师教学经验相对匮乏、教学技能水平偏低的普遍问题,从"精心备课"、"玩转课堂"和"完善考评机制"三个方面探讨提升新教师化工原理教学能力的有效方法,以期促进学生的学习主动性,取得良好的教学效果。
A successful Chemical Engineering Principle course could motivate students' learning interest and cultivate their abilities to analyze and solve practical engineering problems. Considering the general issues of new teachers in college such as insufficient teaching skills and experience,some effective methods to improve their teaching abilities of Chemical Engineering Principle were discussed from the following three aspects: elaborate lesson preparation,perfect classroom teaching and well-established evaluation mechanism. It can stimulate students' initiative in learning and achieve excellent teaching results.
