摘要
【目的】发现影响转基因定量测量质量的主要影响因素,从而提高基因的定量分析水平。【方法】本文首次采用蒙特卡洛模拟评定转基因玉米MIR604的测量不确定度。【结果】转基因玉米MIR604的相对含量为0.99%,不确定度为3.76×10^(-4),在95%的包含概率下转基因玉米MIR604的相对含量分布在包含区间为0.54%~0.61%的范围内,表明本研究的测量质量高,数据可靠。【结论】所有成分中,不确定度贡献最大的成分是是液体转移量的偏差。液体转移量的准确度是提高转基因成分检测质量的关键。
【Objective】 The study aimed to find out the main influence on the quality of genectically modified organism (GMO)and improve the level of quantitative analysis. 【Method】 Monte Carlo simulation was first used in the present paper to evaluate the measurement uncertainty (MU) of MIR604 in a mixed sample. 【Result】The results showed that the relative content of GM corn MIR604 was 0.99 % with an uncertainty of 3.76 x 10^-4. The 95 % coverage interval was 0.54 % - 0.61 % . Therefore, the values above in the present study were of good.【Conclusion】Of all components in MU, the most significant contribution to the Mu from the measurement is the deviation of the volume of liquid transferring. Thus, the accuracy of volume of liquid transfer is key to improving the quality of GMO detection.
