淡紫拟青霉菌剂对烟叶生长的促进作用及其在生产中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究含该功能蛋白的菌剂对烟草生长的影响及其在生产中的应用技术。【方法】采用育苗、盆栽及大田试验研究不同浓度淡紫拟青霉菌剂对烟草生长的影响。【结果】苗期试验表明:0.5%菌剂与1.5%菌剂处理后均能促进烟草生长,最大叶叶面积促进率能达到23.13%;2.5%菌剂处理后抑制烟草生长,最大叶叶面积抑制率达到21.68%。盆栽试验表明:0.5%、1.0%与1.5%菌剂处理烟草后均能促进烟草生长,最大叶叶面积促进率能达到20.33%。大田试验结果表明:每株(穴)施用5或10g菌剂的2种处理组与对照组相比,第3片叶及最大叶叶面积促进率分别为32.95%、50.31%和9.95%、14.72%,株高增长率分别为12.13%和15.23%;打顶后前3片叶叶面积促进率能达26.06%,2种处理均能提高烤烟的烟叶品质和产量,烟叶每666.7m^2增加分别为3.51和14.01 kg,上等烟比例分别增加12.61%和16.25%,均价分别增加了1.80和2.20元/kg,每666.7 m^2产值分别增加了285.99和589.34元。【结论】淡紫拟青霉菌剂能够促进不同时期烟叶的生长,增加烟叶产量和经济价值。 【Objective】In this paper,the effects of an analogous plant auxin functional protein on tobacco growth and its application technology were studied. 【Method】Seedling,pot and field experiments were conducted to research the effects of different concentrations of paecilomyces lilacinus PL-HN-16 on the growth of tobacco. 【Result】The results show that the 0.5 % agents and 1.5% agents could promote the growth of tobacco in seedling test,the area promotion rate of the maximum leaf can reach to 23.13 %. The inhibition rate is 21.68 % at the 2.5 % agent treatment. In the pot experiment, 0.5 % ,1 % and 1.5 % microbial agents could promote the growth of tobacco, and the maximum leaf area rate reach to 20.33 %. In the field experiment,each tobacco was treat with 5 g and 10 g agent can promote the growth of tobacco significantly compared with the control group. The third leaf and maximumleaf area promotion rate were 32.95 %, 50.31 % and 9.95 %,14.72 % respectively,the height growth rate were 12.13 % , 15.23 %. The promotion rate of the first three leaves area reachedto 26.06 % after topping. Both of the two treatments increased the yield and quality of tobacco,the production of tobacco were increased 3.51 and 14.01 kg per 666.7 m^2,the first-class tobacco proportion were increased 12.61 % ,16.25 % , respectively,the average price were increased MYM1 80 /kg, MYM2.20 /kg and MYM285.99, MYM589.34 were increased per 666.7 m^2 after two treatments. 【Conclusion】Paecilomyces lilacinus agents can promote the growth of tobacco leaves, the yield and economic value of the tobacco are increased.
