摘要 【目的】研究甘蔗滤泥对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,考察溶液pH、不同初始浓度、吸附时间、温度等条件对吸附效果的影响。【方法】采用静态吸附法探究甘蔗滤泥吸附亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,应用准一级、准二级动力学方程和颗粒扩散方程模拟甘蔗滤泥吸附亚甲基蓝的动力学行为。利用Langmuir和Freundlich方程模拟其吸附过程热力学行为。【结果】最佳条件:甘蔗滤泥投加量为14 g/L、pH为5、温度为303 K、时间为40 min,亚甲基蓝的去除率为98%。准二级动力学方程、Freundlich方程更适合描述此吸附过程。【结论】甘蔗滤泥吸附亚甲基蓝是可行的,该过程很容易进行。 [Objective] The absorption capacity of filter mud of sugarcane on methylene blue was studied based on different pH, initial concentration, absorption time and temperature. [Method] Static adsorption method was used to test the absmption performance of filter mud of sugarcane on methylene blue ; Quasi-order kinetic equation, Quasi-second-order equation and the particle diffusion equation separately were used to simulate the kinetics process of filter mud of sugarcane adsorbing methylene blue; Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation were used to simulate the thermodynamic process of it. [Result] The dosage of filter mud of sugarcane at 14 g/L, methylene blue at pH 8, the adsorption time at 40 rain and the temperature at 303 K, the removal efficiency of methylene blue was 98 %, which was the optimal adsorption conditions. It showed that the Quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich equation were more suitable for describing the adsorption process. [ Conclusion] It is feasible for filter mud of sugarcane to adsorb methylene blue, which can be easily carried out.
