口腔鳞状细胞癌中MMP-7与MMP-14的表达及意义

Expression and clinical significance of MMP-7 and MMP-14 in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinase-7,MMP-7)和MMP-14在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测42例OSCC组织、30例癌旁组织、20例正常牙龈粘膜组织MMP-7和MMP-14的表达。结果 MMP-7和MMP-14在鳞癌组织中的表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组织和正常牙龈粘膜组织,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-7和MMP-14阳性表达与临床分期和颈淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05);MMP-7和MMP-14在OSCC中的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.934,P<0.01)。结论 MMP-7和MMP-14在OSCC中高表达,两者可能与口腔鳞癌的发生和发展有关。

Objective： To investigate the expressions of MMP-7 and MMP-14 in oral squamous cell carcinoma（ OSCC） tissue and the clinical significance. Methods： The expression of MMP-7 and MMP-14 were analyzed in OSCC tissuss of 42 cases,adjacent tissues of 30 cases,and normal gingiva of 20 cases using immunohistochemical methods. Results： Positive expression rates of MMP-7 and MMP-14 had statistical difference among squamous cancer tissue,adjacent tissues and normal tissues（ P 〈 0. 05）; The positive expression of MMP-7 and MMP-14 had significant correlation with clincal stage and lymph nodes of the neck（ P 〈 0. 05）; The expression level of MMP-7 and MMP-14 had positive correlation in OSCC（ P 〈 0. 01）.Conclusion： The over-expression of MMP-7 and MMP-14 is related with development and metastasis of OSCC.
