浮法工艺对玻璃中铁离子价态的影响因素分析

Analysis of influence factors of float process on the valence state of iron ions in glass

通过对配合料氧化指数、熔窑气氛、锡槽保护气组成等浮法玻璃生产主要工序工艺参数不同时,玻璃颜色变化的对应关系,总结出了控制玻璃中铁离子价态--提高玻璃中Fe3+比例、降低Fe2+比例,从而减少铁对玻璃的着色效应,提高玻璃"白度"的方法。

According to the different technological parameters of the float glass production process, such as oxidation index of mixmaterial, furnace atmosphere and the tin tank protection gas, the corresponding relation of glass color variation is obtained. It is concluded that the proportion of Fe^（3＋） in glass can be increased and the proportion of Fe^（2＋） can be reduced by controlling te valence of iron ions in glass. Therefore, the technique measures of improving the whiteness of glass can be summarized by reducing the coloring effect of iron on glass.
