摘要 通过液晶窑炉冷却系统设计、开启方案优化及窑炉保温设计,降低玻璃窑炉能耗、延长窑炉使用寿命、降低环境污染;此窑炉节能设计解决了玻璃窑炉熔融时温度高、挥发量大、侵蚀快等问题,特别适用于对玻璃熔融质量要求苛刻的液晶玻璃生产。 Based on the optimized design of cooling system and control mode and heat insulation, the beneficial characteristics of the liquid crystal glass furnace are realized such as the lower energy consumption, the longer lifetime and the less environmental pollution. And the difficulties of high-heating corrosion and volatilization are resolved by the energy-saving design of the liquid crystal glass furnace. The result indicates that the designed furnace is able to meet the requirements of high-quality liquid crystal glass production.
