浆体强度对半柔性路面材料路用性能影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 大空隙沥青混合料中灌注20 MPa、30 MPa、40 MPa、50 MPa、60 MPa共5种不同抗压强度的高流态水泥基灌浆料,从而制得半柔性路面材料。通过车辙试验、水稳定性能、力学性能、体积稳定性的测试来研究浆体强度灌入率对半柔性路面材料的性能影响规律。研究结果表明,若仅考虑车辙性能与水稳定性能,浆体强度为20MPa即可,若综合考虑其他性能,则半柔性路面材料的浆体强度不宜高于40 MPa。 Five kinds of high flow cement-based grouting materials of different compressive strengths including 20 MPa、30 MPa、40 MPa、50 MPa、60 MPa are poured into the large gaped saphalt mixture. Thus the semi-flexible pavement materials are prepared. The rutting test, water stability, mechanical properties and volume stability test are carried out to evaluate the influence of grout strength on the performance of semi-flexible pavement materials. The results show that the compressive strength of the grout should not be more than 20 MPa only considering the rutting performance and water stability. Considering the other properties, the compressive strength of the grout should not be more than 40 MPa.
