摘要
精细化管理的实施能够促进施工进度,保证施工质量,优化施工流程。但在当前的建筑工程项目施工的精细化管理中仍存在一些问题,不能更有效地发挥精细化管理的优势。文章针对这些问题对所需要采取的措施进行探讨。
The implementation of the fine management can promote the construction progress and guarantee the construction quality and optimize construction process. But there are still some problems in the fine management of the construction of the cureent project, which cann＇t give full play to the advantages of the fine management more effectively. This paper discusses the methods and measures that need to be taken to solve these problems.
