浅析如何利用创新需求促进山西中小企业技术创新政策建议

Brief Discussion on Policy Suggestions of Promoting Technological Innovation for Shanxi Middle and Small-sized Enterprises by Using Innovation Requirements

中小企业是科技创新中一支重要力量。本文详细分析了山西省中小企业技术创新的现状和面临的创新投入少、创新能力弱、融资渠道窄等问题,指出要在建立并完善多元投入机制、协同创新机制和促进科技成果转化等方面取得突破,为山西省中小企业技术创新创造良好环境,最大限度释放企业创新活力,以强化科技对山西经济转型发展的引领和支撑作用。

Middle and small-sized enterprises are an important force in technological innovation. In this paper, the author analyzed in detail the status quo of technological innovation in middle and small-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province and the problems faced by the middle and small-sized enterprises, such as less innovative investment, weak innovation capacity and narrow financing channels. Then, the author pointed out that breakthroughs shall be made in perfecting and establishing diversified input mechanisms, collaborative innovation mechanisms and promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In the end, the author put forward that favorable environment shall be created for technological innovation in middle and small-sized enterprises in Shanxi province and maximize releasing innovation in order to strengthen the leading and supporting role of science and technology to transformation development of economy in Shanxi province.
