摘要
科技型企业是战略新兴产业发展的中坚力量,创新驱动发展的实质是人才驱动。针对科技型企业人才驱动机制建设中存在的问题,提出了实施分类管理的人才选拔培养机制、构建兼顾全局的人力资源配置新机制和构建"传、帮、带"的企业内训师机制等对策建议。
Scientific and technological enterprises are hard core of development of strategic emerging industry. The essence of innovation-driven development is talent driven. In this paper, aiming at existing problems in construction of talent driven mechanism, the author researched and put forward implementing mechanism of sort management of talent selection and cultivation and building new mechanism of global human resource as well as countermeasures and suggestions of enterprises' internal trainer mechanism of "imparting, helping and leading".
