长春市建设东北亚区域性中心城市的对策

Countermeasures of Building Regional Central City of Northeast Asia in Changchun

区域中心城市具有集聚和辐射带动功能,是影响区域经济发展的重要因素。针对中心城市的研究理论,分别从区位优势、产业资源、科技文化资源、城市环境资源、对外开放平台与政策多个角度对长春市建设东北亚区域性中心城市的资源禀赋条件进行了分析,提出了建设东北亚区域性中心城市的对策,以此促进城市现代化与人性化发展,加快区域性国际交通及通信枢纽建设。

Regional central city has the functions of gathering and radiation, which is key factor of impacting development of regional economy. In this paper, aiming at researches and theories of central city, the authors analyzed resource endowment conditions of building regional central city of Northeast Asia in Changchun from unique industrial resources, science and technology culture resources, city environment resources and platform and policies of opening to the outside world. In order to solve problems of urgently need to be solved, the authors put forward the countermeasures of building regional central city of Northeast Asia, which pay promote modernization and humanization development of city and speed up the constructions of regional international traffic and communication center.
