山西省制造业转型升级的对策研究

摘要 制造业是山西经济的重要产业,近几年山西省认真落实"三去一降一补"重点任务并进行了产业调整。如何提高竞争力,到2022年实现山西省制造业增加值占GDP比重由12%提高到15%的目标,还需努力奋斗。本文针对山西省制造业技术研发能力不足、科技成果转化能力较差、研发资金有限、人力资源供给不足、产品结构不合理等问题进行剖析,提出在我国建设现代化经济体系的环境下山西省制造业转型升级的对策。 Manufacturing industry is an important industry in Shanxi's economy. In recent years, Shanxi has conscientiously implemented the key tasks of "three eliminations, one reduction and one improvement" and made industrial adjustments. How to increase the competitiveness and realize added value of Shanxi's manufacturing industry will increase its share of GDP from12% to 15% by 2022. It also requires us to work hard. In this paper, the authors analyzed the problems of insufficient manufacturing technology research and development capabilities, poor commercialization of research findings, limit RD capital, insufficient human resources and unreasonable product structure, and put forward countermeasure research on transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province under the circumstance of modernization economic system in China.
