摘要
随着3D打印技术的不断成熟,3D打印成本不断下降,越来越多的行业应用3D打印技术,许多高校也积极从事3D打印方向的研究。由于地质体模型在空间中是三维立体的,地质人员往往需要在计算机中通过旋转、缩放等操作,观察地质体模型,这在一定程度上阻碍了地质人员从全局角度研究地质体模型在空间中的展布及产状。本文从地质研究角度出发,通过格式转换算法实现地质体模型到3D打印切片软件的输入,应用3D打印机实现了地质体模型的打印,从而帮助地质人员更好地进行地质体模型的观察。
With the continuous maturation of 3 D printing technology, the cost of 3 D printing has been declining. More and more industries are using 3 D printing technology, and more and more universities are engaged in the research of 3 D printing.Because of the geological body model is three-dimensional in space, geologists often need to observe the geological body model through operations such as rotation and scaling in the computer, which create difficulties for geologists to some extent to studying distribution and occurrence of geological body model in space. In this paper, from angle of geological research,the authors realized input from geological body model to 3 D printing by using conversion applications algorithm, and realized printing of geological body model by using 3 D printing, which can help geologists preferably observe geological body model.
