高考改革背景下传统产业人才培养模式初探——以潮州市非遗专业人才培养为例

Professionals Training Mode of Traditional Industries under the Background of College Entrance Examination Reform——the Cultivation of Professionals on Intangible Cultural Heritage in Chaozhou City

国家新一轮高考改革和教育结构的调整以及部分地方本科院校向应用型院校的转型,为中职教育的发展提供了新的契机,贯通中职、高职、本科的应用型人才培养模式将是未来高端技能技术型产业人才培养的重要途径,也是传统产业人才培养方式的改革方向。基于潮州市丰富的非遗产业发展,以及对"非遗"专业人才培养的需求为例,探索中职、高职、应用型本科贯通衔接的现代职业技术教育体系。

The new round of national college entrance examination reform,the readjustment of education structure and the transformation of some local undergraduate colleges into application-oriented colleges provide new opportunities for the development of secondary vocational education. The application-oriented training mode throughout the secondary vocational colleges,the higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges will be an important way to cultivate high-tech industry talents with practical skill and technology in the future,and it is also the reform direction of the training mode of traditional industrial talents. Based on the development of the rich intangible cultural heritage industry in Chaozhou city and the demand of the cultivation of the professionals of intangible cultural heritage,this research explores the education system of modern vocational technology which includes the secondary vocational colleges,the higher vocational colleges and the application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
