抓落实既是能力检验也是党性体现

Implementation as a Capability Test and a Reflection of Party Spirit

抓落实是我们党的优良传统。对领导干部来说,能不能抓好落实,不仅是对能力素质的一种检验,也是党性修养的重要体现。同时,抓好落实对中国石化打造世界一流企业具有十分重要的意义。本文试从提高思想认识、讲究方式方法、改进工作作风等方面,对如何抓好落实做出一些思考并提出建议。

It is the fine tradition of our Party to pay attention to implementation. As for leaders, whether they can do enforce implementation is not only a test of ability and quality, but also an important embodiment of the Party spirit. At the same time, it is of great significance for SINOPEC to build a world-class enterprise to enhance implementation. This paper tries to give some thoughts and suggestions on how to do better implementation in the aspects of improving the thinking and understanding, modifying working methods and perfecting the working style.
