摘要
相对稳定、高忠诚度的人力资源是企业的核心竞争力所在,决定着一个企业的兴衰成败。本文以北京市国有企业、民营企业、外资企业的青年员工为调查对象,通过调查问卷的方式,来分析各类型企业员工离职的原因,探讨减少青年员工主动离职的方法及对策,为企业管理者提高人力资源管理水平提供参考。
Stable and loyal employees represent the core competitiveness of an enterprise, and determine its future. The paper takes young employees of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in Beijing as the targets of investigation, uses questionnaires to learn their reasons for leaving, and explores ways to reduce employee turnover, in an attempt to provide reference for companies to improve human resources management.
