In recent years, with the development of enterprise management system, more and more managers are aware of the importance of constructing a financial-centered management system through the scientific idea and technical means of financial discipline to change the enterprise management model. This paper expounds the meaning of constructing financial-centered management system, and puts forward the ideas and methods of construction, which will be finally applied to every link of enterprise management to improve the efficiency of enterprise resource use and to reduce the risk of enterprise management.
