以“成果化”理念推动地方高校转型发展——以保定学院为例

On Promoting the Transformation Development of Local Universities with Resulted-idea——Taking Baoding University as an Example

以"成果化"理念推动地方高校转型发展,一是坚持以"成果化"理念优化整体工作,把工作思路、工作过程、工作规律、工作资源、工作成效成果化;二是坚持以转型发展的整体设计成果、办学模式转变成果、资源构建成果、教学服务成果推进转型发展;三是坚持以积累提炼成果,以展示推介成果,以科研提升成果,以实践检验成果,以创新发展成果;四是以"成果化"理念凸显转型成效。

In order to promote the transformation development of local universities with resulted-idea, we should do something from four aspects as follows. Firstly, we should optimize overall work, make work ideas, process, rules, resources and effect into achievement.Secondly, we should insist on promoting the transformation development with overall design results, school model change results, resource construction results and teaching service results. Thirdly, we should stick to epurate the results with accumulation, recommend the results with display, promote the results with scientific research, examine the results with the practice and develop the results with the innovation.Fourthly, we should highlight the translation effect with the resulted-idea.
