杨凌示范区农民创业环境评价指标体系构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Famers′ Entrepreneurial Environment in Yangling Demonstration Zone

创业作为一种普遍的社会经济进步需要,已成为经济发展的根本推动力之一。迫切需要深入分析农民创业的实情,总结经验,寻找问题和不足,进一步优化创业环境,激发农民的创业能力。在此背景下,本文以农民创业环境作为研究点,以创业环境评价理论为基础,结合杨凌农民创业环境现状,构建了杨凌示范区农民创业环境评价指标体系。

As a universal social and economic progress needs,entrepreneurship has become one of the fundamental driving forces of economic development.There is an urgent need to analyze the facts of farmers ′ entrepreneurship deeply,sum up the experience,identify the problems and shortcomings,further optimize the entrepreneurship environment,stimulate farmers′ entrepreneurial capacity.In this context,this paper took famers′entrepreneurial environment as a key point,based on the assessment theories of entrepreneurial environment,combined with the current situation of entrepreneurial environment of Yangling demonstration zone,then built evaluation index system of famers′ entrepreneurial environment in Yangling demonstration zone.
