Reform and Implementation of Basic Tea Art Project Curriculum for Higher Vocational Tea and Tea Marketing Specialty

本文依据高职教育教学的基本理论,以基础茶艺项目化课程建设与实践为例,探讨了湖北三峡职业技术学院茶艺与茶叶营销专业项目化课程实施中在课程设计、课程内容、教学方法等方面存在的问题,并提出课程改革与教学实施方案。

Based on the basic theory of higher vocational education and teaching,taking the construction and practice of basic tea art project curriculum as an example,the problems existing in the implementation of project curriculum of tea and tea marketing specialty were discussed from curriculum design,curriculum contents,teaching methods and other aspects,and curriculum reform and teaching implement plan were put forward.
