大学生农村志愿服务的问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of College Students' Voluntary Service in Countryside

大学生农村志愿服务作为重要的第三方力量,在关心贫困群体、帮助传播生态理念、助力教育扶贫等方面的作用日益凸显,已经成为促进新农村建设与和谐发展的健康力量,也成为山亭区省派第一书记扎实推进教育扶贫重要工作的一项切实举措。大学生农村志愿服务与其他农村志愿服务相比具有独特优势,然而由于其团队组建缺乏主动性、服务内容缺乏创新性、运行管理缺乏规范性,限制了其健康可持续发展。提升大学生农村志愿服务的实用性和适用性,需要针对性地提升团队建设整体质量、丰富服务内容及搭建多方平台、建立完善的运行管理机制,才能使其更有效发挥桥梁纽带作用。

As a vital third-party force,college students＇ voluntary service in countryside plays an increasingly prominent role in caring about poverty groups,helping production development,disseminating ecological concepts,and helping poverty alleviation through education.It has become a healthy force for the promotion of new rural construction and harmonious development,which has become the important work and actual measure to promote education and help the poor effectively for the first secretary assigned by the provincial government to Shanting District.Compared with other kinds of rural voluntary service,college students＇ voluntary service in countryside has unique advantages.However,due to the lack of initiative in team formation,creativity in service content,and lack of standardized operation management,their healthy and sustainable development is limited.In order to elevate the practicability and applicability,it is necessary to increase the overall quality of team building,enrich service content,build multi-platforms,and establish a sound operation management mechanism so as to make it more effective in the role of a bridge.
