基于DEA模型的福建物流业经济与社会负面影响效率评价

Evaluation of the Economic and Social Negative Effects of Logistics Industry in Fujian Province Based on DEA Model

物流业逐渐发展成为城市支柱型产业,以此为基础联结带动着城市经济的发展,但因此高速发展所导致的外部不经济问题日益突出。本文以DEA模型为分析工具,建立涵盖经济性产出和社会负面影响产出两方面的综合评价体系,测算两种效率的投入产出效率,综合评价福建省物流业经济社会发展情况。结果表明,近8年中,有个别年份福建省物流业要素投入偏大,但整体而言行业发展协调绿色,经济效率和社会负面影响效率都较高。文章建议该省物流业进一步优化资源配置,持续利用已有禀赋,加快行业智能化发展。

Logistics industry has gradually developed into a pillar industry in cities. Although the development of urban economy is driven by this linkage,the external diseconomy caused by rapid development is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper takes the DEA model as an analytical tool,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system covering two aspects,including economic output and social negative impact output.It calculates two kinds of efficiency of input and output and comprehensively estimates the economic and social development of Fujian＇s logistics industry.The results show that in the past 8 years,there has been relatively large elements input of logistics industry in Fujian province,but overall,the industry development is coordinated harmoniously with relatively high economic efficiency and social negative impact.The paper suggests that the allocation of resources in the logistics industry in Fujian province should be further optimized and the existing capacity should be applied continuously to accelerate the development of intelligent industry.
